Another summer bookmark

Am I addicted to bookmarks? The answer is YES!!! I used to collect them, now I make my own.

Elegant dogwood flowers

This is one of my super-favourite cards!!! I think it is very elegant. I have sent this card to California for a friend's birthday.

The Dogwood flower is from Hero Arts. I stamped it ones, cut it out with scissors and an Xacto knife, then I stamped only the flowers, coloured them with Copic markers, rolled the petals on a pen, and I attached them to the main image for a 3D effect. In the centre of the flowers I added some glossy accents for a shiny look.


Stamps: Filigree Fantasy (Verve), Dogwood (Hero Arts), the sentiment is from Asian Garden (Waltzingmouse Stamps)

Ink:Angel Pink, Tuxedo Black (Memento)

Accessories: Copic Markers, satin ribbon, half pearls, nestabilities dies, Sweet Blush cardstock (PTI), Sweet corn cardstock (Gina K), half pearls.

What do you think about this card? I think it is very elegant, it was very difficult to put it in an envelope and leave it at the post-office. Anyway, it arrived safely :)

two lilacs and a red rose

Lately, I am a bit addicted to these multistep Lilacs from Kitchen Sink Stamps. They are so EASY to stamp and they are gorgeous!!!!

Stamps: Multistep Lilacs (Kitchen Sink Stamps), the sentiment is from Spiral bouquet (Papertrey)

Ink: I used Tsukineko inks only (Brilliance, Memento and versamagic).

Accessories: Nestabilities dies, cuttlebug embossing folder, Distress Inks, Swiss dots ribbon (Papertrey).

Silhouette grass and hummingbird

I coloured the background with Distress Inks and and Ink Essential's blending tool.

The grass stamp is from Hero Arts, the sentiment from Papertrery.

The multi-step hummingbird is from Kitchen Sink Stamps.

Stamps: In bloom, butterfly kisses (Papertrey), 1st anniversary set - with hummingbird (Kitchen Sink Stamps), Silhouette Grass (Hero Arts).

Inks: Distress Inks, versafine (toffee and onyx black), Brilliance inks for the hummingbird.

Accessories: Melon Berry cardstock (Papertrey), half pearls, blending tool.

Multistep lilacs

I have made this card with the Multi step lilacs set from Kitchen Sink Stamps
These stamps are so much fun to stamp and the results are great. I highly recommend following the colour recipes that you can find on the Kitchen Sink Stamps website.

The hummingbird is from the first Kitchen Sink Stamps Anniversary set.

I coloured the background with Distress Inks.

June calendar page

I really love this calendar page. I love aqua!!!! Also, this rose from Waltzingmouse Stamps is very elegant, and I paired it with some stamps from Verve.

The rose and the leaves have been coloured with Copic markers.
