Christmas garland

I have made a Christmas garland to put on my door. I really wanted to make something handmade.
So, I used the holly leaves from the "very vintage Christmas set" from Waltzingmouse stamps. I coloured them with marFkers, I applied Christmas red Stickles and Polar White Flower Soft.

For the base I used a garland shaped piece of styrofoam I bought from my local craft shop. I coloured it with Acrylic paint, and I wrapped around it a piece of golden ribbon (recycled from a chocolate box).

I am quite happy with the result, I think that I can make a bigger one next year.

I love love love poppies!!!! I also love how this card turned out.

The background has been stamped with Verve Stamps, the woodgrain stamp and poppy stamp is from Hero Arts.

It has been a coincidence, but all the cardstock I used in this card is from Gina K. I love that cardstock, it is very thick and great quality.

Inks: versamark for the background, black tuxedo and rich cocoa (Memento)
